Community Action Transportation System

 

 

C.A.T.S. provides low cost transportation for special events and to those who qualify for their services.

 

 

Those approved by Job and Family Services may be eligible for transportation to Work, School, or Medical Appointments

 

ODJFS Services currently offered: (approval needed)

§  Title XX-Medical Transport- limit 8 rides per month

§  TANF- Transportation to work or school

§  Net-Medical Transport

Downtown and the Eastwood Mall

Wal-Mart and the Elm Road Plaza

 

·        Hours of operation are Monday—Friday from 9:00 am—3:00 pm. 

·        24 hours advance notice is needed for service

·        $2.00 fee each way

 

 

C.A.T.S. also provides transportation for the JOBS Program, Valley Counseling, Developmentally Disabled, and other contracted programs.
